For our Mannheim location (68535 Edingen-Neckarhausen) we are looking for reinforcement for our IT department:

Job profile

• Support / renewal / expansion of the IT infrastructure
• Installation & configuration of hardware & software incl. updates
• Supervision of employees in IT topics incl. user support (logistics SW, Office, various HW)
• Coordination when external IT service providers need to become active
• Classification, if necessary repair of hardware defects, RMA processing
• Documentation
• Macro programming or development of apps and scripts

Requirement profile

• Good secondary school leaving certificate or Abitur
• Willingness to learn and curiosity for tech. topics
• Deep interest in hardware & software
• Previous knowledge of PCs and Windows operating systems
• Quick comprehension and ability to work independently
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Kommunikations- und Teamworkfähigkeiten
